Residents and businesses on White Bear Avenue and Maryland Avenue are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting Tuesday to discuss the Rush Line.
Portions of the two streets have been identified as possible routes to connect Forest Lake and downtown St. Paul’s Union Depot via light rail or bus rapid transit.
The Ramsey County Regional Rail Authority and the Rush Line Corridor Task Force are studying the stretch in hopes of identifying a locally preferred public transit alternative for the area.
The public meeting will provide residents and business owners with an opportunity to learn more about the study and share feedback.
It will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hayden Heights Library, 1456 White Bear Avenue in St. Paul.
